Network Proximity Locks Access Control System for Clean-Room Operation

System Structure
Gem pass-thru refrigerator interlock systems for "clean room" environments are designed to allow the transfer of objects from outside the sanitized environment without introducing undesirable contaminants into the "clean room". The system integrated the pass-thru refrigerator/box with a complete network proximity lock access control system, which comprises "clean room" side locks and sensors with an access control, "non-clean room" side locks and sensors with another access control, integrated with a central control/communicate center and a UPS system.

"Clean Room" Operation Control
The system allows only one side door/doors open at a time. One side door/doors will be automatically locked while the other opposite side door/doors is/are opening.

Access Control

Proximity Card door opening.
Proximity card plus password opening.
On demand door opening/closing access from computer control center.
Proximity card/key tag access. Promixity main system's maximum capacity for valid cards is 9,000 cards. Each card self set individual password and time zone for entry and exit.
During the operation of the proximity main system, historical data (recording entry & exit information) storage can be reached up to 6,000 batches. When it is being connected with computer, the capacity of recording of entry and exit information is unlimited which records detailed data of the cards.
When the system has detected that the system has been damaged and the door has been opened illegally and the door did not close over a specific time limit, then anti-duress will be activated.
Failure secure allows the system to lock up the pass-thru to protect the precious products stored inside.
Mechanical key access from one side to allow the access to handle the emergence need in case of the power failure and incase of "UPS" battery back-up system failure to provide the power needed.

"UPS" Power Backup
Gem Esl provide a complete uninterrupted power supply system for power backup support in the case of power failure. The "UPS" will provide over 6 hour backup power for the system to continnue operation.

Information Imquiry/Setting
Proximity main reader can be connected to computer to provide online information inquiry/setting, door opening and closing, alarm activation and etc. It can be used as standalone operation.
